My many years of experience in consulting and image management provide my clients with many advantages – to present their property noticeably, intelligently, and profitably. The success of a sale depends on several factors, one of them being the appearance of your property – as they say: “You are judged by appearance…” Everyone knows that first impressions are very important, which is why I gladly help my clients prepare their property to look attractive for sale. I mainly focus on objectively highlighting the strengths and eliminating obvious weaknesses, which sellers themselves often do not see due to their attachment. Three main stages: 1. Appearance during viewings – one of the most important elements when selling property. In professional jargon, this is called “home staging” – highlighting strengths (such as repainting walls in light colors, fixing defects in staircases or entrances, removing personal belongings to increase the feeling of space, etc.). 2. Appearance in advertising – 85% of buyers do not even look at real estate listings without photos. The photos clients see determine their impression of your property. It is important to make professional photos to present the property in the best possible way. My assistants and I are familiar with the rules of interior photography and perform this work at a high level. 3. Document preparation – to sell an apartment, many documents need to be put in order and prepared. I involve the best lawyers and specialists, whose expertise is real estate. They help to verify all documents, prepare the necessary certificates, and, if necessary, correct mistakes or deficiencies in the paperwork.
