MY STORY
My path is not a biography
It is a system that works for my clients
Before becoming a real estate professional, I worked for many years as an interior architect. In my current work, this is not about “taste” and not about buyers choosing property through the eyes of a designer
This experience matters where an owner is selling a property:
the space needs to be prepared for the market,
visual noise needs to be removed,
strong points need to be emphasized,
the presentation must not weaken the value,
photos need to be prepared,
the Exposé and listing need to be convincing
Later, marketing, real estate, international standards, transaction work, analytics, checks, partners and my personal support algorithm were added to this.
This is how my approach was formed: not to chaotically “show options”, but to build the path to a decision
